Preparation
Gently remove each cabbage leaves from the head.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add crumbled paneer, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Take a cabbage leaf and place 1-2 tbsp of the paneer filling in the center.
Roll the cabbage leaf tightly around the filling to form a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and paneer filling.
Serve immediately.
