Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
In a bowl, mix the green chutney paste with paneer cubes and mix well, ensuring the paneer is coated in the marinade.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is lightly browned.
