Paneer Homemade (Toned milk)
1 cubed, cup (200g)
Coriander leaves
20 gms (20g)
Garlic
5 cloves (10g)
Chillies, green - all varieties
4 number (10g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)

0.5 tbsp (7.5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Prepare Thecha Base
Heat oil in a small pan.
Add the garlic cloves and green chilies.
Sauté on medium heat until lightly blistered and aromatic.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Make Thecha Paste
In a grinder or mortar-pestle, add the sautéed garlic-chili mix, fresh coriander leaves, and salt.
Crush or grind the mixture into a rough paste (do not make it too smooth).
#### Step 3: Coat the Paneer
Take the paneer cubes and evenly coat them with the coriander-garlic-chili paste.
Sauté the Paneer
Heat a pan and brush it lightly with oil.
Place the coated paneer slices and grill or sauté them on medium heat.
Cook each side until lightly golden and aromatic.
