Quinoa Flour

Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Paneer Homemade (Double Toned Milk)
0.5 cup, crumbled (100g)
Cumin Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Green Bell pepper
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Instructions
Preparation
Prepare quinoa flour dough
- Mix quinoa flour, water, and salt into a smooth dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin and dust with some quinoa flour to prevent sticking.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly golden. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add green bell pepper .Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add crumbled paneer, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Place the quinoa wrap on a flat surface.
Take spoon of paneer stuffing onto the center of the wrap.
Fold the wrap from both sides to form a roll shape.
Serve warm.
