Instructions
Preparation
Make the marinade:
In a bowl add paneer cubes and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and keep it for about 30 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until they get a slight golden. Remove from the skillet and keep aside.
In the same skillet, add rest of the oil. Sauté the cubed bell pepper & red onion vegetables until they are slightly tender but still crunchy. Then add a pinch of salt and black pepper for flavour. Remove from the skillet and keep aside.
Place the sizzling pate on a heatproof wooden board. Place lettuce leaves and keep the grilled paneer to the center of the sizzling plate. Arrange the sautéed vegetables on one side of the plate.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve it.
