Instructions
Preparation
Slice tomato and cucumber.
For Coriander mint chutney:
Rinse and dry coriander and mint leaves.
Blend with green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and water.
Blend smooth. Serve.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, combine crumbled paneer, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Spread green chutney on one side of each bread slice.
Place the paneer mixture on one slice of bread.
Top the paneer with tomatoes, and cucumbers.
Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
