Preparation
Prepare Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add water and knead into a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
**Prepare Paneer Filling**:
- In a bowl add paneer, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and garam masala. Mix well to make the filling.
Cooking Steps
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out one dough ball into a small circle, about 4-5 inches in diameter.
Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of the circle.
Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing it completely.
Roll out the stuffed dough ball gently to form a paratha.
Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat. Cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown spots appear. You can cook without oil by dry-roasting it on the skillet.
Serve hot.
