Preparation
-Boil eggs, remove yolk and cut into cubes.
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together the low fat curd, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Add the paneer cubes, cubed onion, bell pepper and cubed boiled egg whites to the bowl. Mix well, ensuring the marinade coats all the ingredients.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the grill or oven to 180°C.
Thread the marinated egg whites, paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto the wooden skewers.
Brush the skewers with oil and place them on the grill or in the oven.
Grill or bake for 10-15 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally, until the paneer are golden brown and cooked through.
