Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens and oil separates.
Gently fold in the low-fat paneer cubes, ensuring they are coated with the masala.
Pour in water and stir. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in garam masala. Cook for 1 more minute.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
