Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Paneer Makhani, first prepare tomato puree to make Paneer Makhani
Step 2: Now make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger in a grinder
Step 3: When oil is heated in a pan, fry the onion paste till it is cooked well
Step 4: Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, garam masala and fry it for 2 minutes
Step 5: Now when cooked well, put tomato puree or tomato paste in it and cook till it comes to a boil
Step 6: When onion and tomato paste and other spices are cooked, add cream, red chili powder, salt, kasoori methi and paneer to it
Step 7: Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 8: When cooked, taste the spices and salt according to your taste
Step 9: Now take out Paneer Makhani in a bowl for survey
Step 10: You can serve this spicy Swadistha Paneer Makhani with Naan or Kulcha and Burani Raita
