Preparation
For mint Chutney:
Blend coriander, mint, green chilies, lemon juice, roasted cumin, black salt, and water until smooth. Adjust seasoning and consistency. Serve fresh or refrigerate.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat a oil over medium heat.
Add the crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are well combined.
Take one lettuce leaf and place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center.
Add a small amount of mint chutney on top of the paneer mixture.
Wrap the lettuce leaf around the paneer mixture like a burrito.
Repeat the process with the remaining lettuce leaves and paneer mixture.
Serve immediately.
