Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Paneer Pepper pepper, firstly put onion, cashew, garlic, ginger in a mixer grinder and make a paste
Step 2: Remove and keep aside
Step 3: Cut the cheese
Step 4: Heat a spoon of oil on a griddle and keep the paneer pieces
Step 5: Cook till it turns golden brown from both sides and keep it aside
Step 6: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 7: Add onion mixture to it and let it cook for 2 minutes
Step 8: Then add cream and milk to it
Step 9: Mix it
Step 10: Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and let it cook for 3 minutes
Step 11: Add some water and cook for another minute
Step 12: Now add black pepper and cottage cheese
Step 13: Mix and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 14: Turn off the gas and take out in a bowl
Step 15: Now heat the oil in a tempering pan
Step 16: Add garlic and cook till it turns golden
Step 17: Pour this into the tadka bowl and sprinkle some black pepper over it
Step 18: Serve
Step 19: Serve Paneer Pepper Pepper with Spinach Raita and Tawa Paratha for dinner
