Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Paneer In Lemon Honey Sauce, cut paneer into cubes
Step 2: Mix paneer with salt, turmeric in a mixing bowl and keep it aside for 20 minutes
Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet and add minced garlic
Step 4: Sauté it till the garlic releases a nice aroma
Step 5: Add honey and lemon juice to the garlic and sauté until the mixture thickens enough to coat the paneer pieces well
Step 6: Add pepper, pinch of lemon zest and salt and mix well
Step 7: Add paneer and sauté in the sauce for about 10 minutes
Step 8: Do not overcook Paneer as it will become hard and will loose its softness
Step 9: Garnish with lemon zest and serve with honey on the sides
Step 10: Serve Paneer In Lemon Honey Sauce as a appetizer during your house parties or weekend dinners along with other appetisers such as Rajma Malai Cutlet and Crispy Tossed Baby Corn
