-Grate homemade Paneer.

In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potato, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chili, garam masala powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval cutlets.
