Preparation
-Grate Coconut piece.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and green chilies and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
Add Paneer cubes and mix well, ensuring the paneer is coated in the spice mix.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add garam masala powder and grated coconut. Mix well and cook for another minute.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
