Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Paneer Biryani Recipe, first prepare all the ingredients
Step 2: Wash the rice 2-3 times with water and keep it aside
Step 3: In a mixer grinder, add garlic, ginger, green chilies and grind them

Step 5: Add long, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon to the mixer grinder and grind it into a powder

Step 7: In a pressure cooker, heat the ghee as per the usage
Step 8: Add onions and cook until light brown
Step 9: Now add ginger garlic chilli paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 10: After 4 minutes add tomatoes and some ghee and cook till the tomatoes become soft
Step 11: After the tomatoes are soft, add bay leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, mix and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes
Step 12: Add mint and rice and mix
Step 13: Add 3 cups of water, cottage cheese, salt, mix and close the cooker
Step 14: Cook till 2 cities come and use the flame of gas
Step 15: Allow to cook for 4 minutes and turn off the gas
Step 16: Let the pressure drain automatically
Step 17: Open the cooker and keep it aside for 5 minutes
Step 18: Now mix and serve the rice
Step 19: Serve Paneer Biryani Recipe along with Bundi Raita and Papad for dinner
