Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
