Paneer Homemade (Toned milk)
0.25 crumbled, cup (50g)
Ghee
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Tomato
0.25 small cup (25g)
Chopped Onion
1 tbsp (15g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp (5g)
Plain Water
2 tbsp (30g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat 1 of ghee in a small pan over low heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté for 30 seconds until translucent.
Add the chopped tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add crumbled paneer and mix well with the tomato mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to make the bhurji slightly moist and soft for easy swallowing.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Serve immediately to the infant.
