Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter for the besan roti. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix crumbled paneer, chopped onion, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make the paneer filling. Set aside.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladle of the besan batter to make a thin roti. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more rotis.
Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of each besan roti. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
Roll up the besan roti to form a wrap.
Heat a pan with a little oil and lightly toast the wrap on both sides until crisp.
Serve hot.
