Bathua leaves
50 gms (50g)
Chili Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Common salt
1 tsp (5g)
Skimmed milk paneer (Homemade)
0.5 cup, crumbled (100g)
Skimmed Milk Curd
1 cup (200g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp (5g)
Chaat Masala
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Roasted Cumin powder

Preparation
Blanch the Bathua for few minutes then add in a blender & make a paste out of it
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
Add crumbled paneer and bathua paste. Mix well.
Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
