Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make paneer and green pea paratha recipe, prepare all the ingredients first
Step 2: To make paratha flour: Now add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix in a bowl
Step 3: Add a little water and knead the dough
Step 4: Cover and keep aside
Step 5: To make the masala: Heat the oil in a pan
Step 6: Add cumin seeds and cook for a few seconds
Step 7: Now add ginger, green peas and cook half
Step 8: Now add cottage cheese, red chilli powder, coriander powder, mango powder, salt
Step 9: Mix well and keep aside
Step 10: Let it cool down
Step 11: Now take a little piece of flour and roll it out
Step 12: Place the mixture of paneer peas in the middle and close it from all sides
Step 13: Now coat it with dry flour
Step 14: Take the vine again
Step 15: Only fat, or else spices can come out
Step 16: Make all such parathas
Step 17: Heat a griddle
Step 18: Put paratha on it and apply ghee on top
Step 19: Cook till it turns golden brown from both sides and turn off the gas
