Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped green chilies. Fry for 1 minute.
Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add diced bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are cooked through and browned.
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning as per taste and remove from heat.
Serve hot.
