Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make the spinach tauve recipe, firstly add tur dal with 3 cups of water, turmeric powder, salt and turn off the gas

Step 11: Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and cook for 20 seconds
Step 12: Now add curry leaves, asafoetida and cook it for 20 seconds
Step 13: Turn off the gas
Step 14: Add this tempering to the dal and mix for a while
Step 15: Turn off the gas
Step 16: Serve
Step 17: Serve spinach tauve with rice, beetroot thoran and papad for dinner
