Step 1: To make spinach tambuli, first wash and chop the spinach

Step 2: Now heat a little ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper and green chilies

Step 3: Cook for 1 minute

Step 4: Turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool

Step 5: Now in a mixer grinder, add ground spices, coconut, salt and some water and grind them

Step 6: Take this mixture out in a bowl

Step 7: Now add buttermilk / curd and mix it well

Step 8: Do not keep it too thick, make it a little thinner

Step 9: Now heat ghee in a tempering pan

Step 10: Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves

Step 11: Cook for 20 seconds and then put it in tambuli

Step 12: Serve hot
