1 small cup (100g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, add jowar flour.
Add warm water little by little and knead to form a smooth dough. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, add chopped baby spinach, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli and salt. Mix well.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center.
Bring the edges of the dough together to cover the spinach stuffing and form a ball.
Dust the ball with some flour and roll out into a circle.
Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat. Place the rolled-out rotl on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot.
