Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make the spinach paneer recipe, first wash the spinach thoroughly
Step 2: Cut it after washing and keep it separately
Step 3: Heat the water in a saucepan
Step 4: After boiling add spinach and turn off the gas
Step 5: Allow the spinach to remain in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 6: Remove the spinach and let it cool
Step 7: Now pour it into a mixer grinder and grind it to a puree
Step 8: Now heat the butter in a pan
Step 9: Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies and cook for 1 minute
Step 10: Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 11: After 2 to 3 minutes, add powdered spinach, cumin powder, garam masala powder, cinnamon powder, salt, mix and raise for 5 minutes
Step 12: After 5 minutes, add cream, cottage cheese pieces and let it boil
Step 13: After boiling, turn off the gas and serve
