Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make the spinach kadhi recipe, firstly put spinach, green chillies, ginger, cumin, a little water in a pressure cooker and cook till 1 city comes

Step 4: Keep it aside
Step 5: Now add curd, gram flour, turmeric powder in a saucepan and beat well
Step 6: Turn on the gas, add 1/2 cup of water and spinach paste
Step 7: Mix well
Step 8: Let it boil
Step 9: After boiling add salt as per taste and mix
Step 10: Turn off the gas For tempering, heat the oil in a tempering pan
Step 11: Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let it splutter
Step 12: Now add curry leaves, asafoetida, dry red chillies and cook it for 10 seconds
Step 13: Add the tempering to the kadhi and mix
Step 14: Serve the spinach kadhi recipe with potato parwal's dry vegetable and phulka for dinner
