Instructions
Preparation
Soak the raw dalia for atleast 30 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and saute for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add chopped spinach and soaked daliya. Mix well.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
Add water and stir.
Cover the pressure cooker with a lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles over medium heat.
Let the pressure release naturally before opening the lid.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
