Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Pakodi Kura, first heat the oil in a pan
Step 2: Now in a bowl add potatoes, cabbage, brinjals, onions, gram flour, rice flour, curry leaves, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, red chilli powder and salt
Step 3: Add some water and make a mixture of pakodi
Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 5: Add the pakoris one by one and cook till it turns golden
Step 6: Now put sesame and peanuts in a pan and roast it
Step 7: After it is roasted, put it in the mixer grinder with some water and make a paste
Step 8: Keep it aside
Step 9: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 10: Add curry leaves, onion, salt and garlic ginger paste to it
Step 11: Cook onion until it becomes soft
Step 12: Now add sesame and peanut paste and keep stirring
Step 13: Add 3/4 cup water and mix
Step 14: Now add 3/4 cup water and mix it
Step 15: After 1 minute, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, pakodi and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 16: Garnish with green coriander after cooking and serve
Step 17: You can serve Pakodi Kura with rice or Lacha Paratha for the day's dinner
