Step 18: The balls will float on the top once it has been cooked
Step 19: Now, add thin coconut milk and cardamom powder to the pot and bring it to boil
Step 20: Add sugar and give a stir
Step 21: Cook for few minutes until the sugar dissolves completely in the milk
Step 22: Now, add thick coconut milk and turn off the heat
Step 23: Remove the Paal Kozhukattai from the heat
Step 24: Ensure you don’t cook the Paal Kozhukattai after the addition of thick coconut milk
Step 25: Serve warm or refrigerate for an hour before serving
