Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Orange Rasam Recipe, place a saucepan on medium heat, add 2 cups of water, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, hing, salt and orange zest

Step 10: Let the rasam mixture boil for 4-5 minutes
Step 11: Adjust the consistency of the rasam
Step 12: After 4-5 minutes, turn off the heat
Step 13: Add orange juice, lemon juice and mix well
Step 14: At this stage, proceed to make the seasoning for the rasam
Step 15: To prepare the seasoning, heat a tadka pan on medium heat
Step 16: Add ghee to it
Step 17: Once the ghee is hot, add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle
Step 18: Add the curry leaves
Step 19: Add the seasoning to rasam mixture
Step 20: Garnish the rassam with coriander leaves
