Musk melon, orange flesh
1 medium (100g)
Carrot
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)

Preparation
Peel the orange and remove seeds, if any. Divide into sections or chunks for easy blending.
Cooking Steps
Add the chopped carrot, orange segments, to a blender.
Pour in 1/2 cup (100ml) of water. Adjust the water quantity based on your desired consistency.
Blend everything until smooth. Do not strain the smoothie to retain all the fiber and nutrients.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
