Chopping
- Roughly chop the onions and tomatoes.
Cooking Steps
Blend the Chutney:
- In a blender, add raw chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, and salt.
- Blend the ingredients into a smooth or slightly coarse paste, as per your preference.
Tempering
- Heat oil in a small pan.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add dry red chillies, curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Pour this tempering over the blended chutney and mix well.
