Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make One Pot Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe, first heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker
Step 2: After heating, add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and cook for 1 minute
Step 3: Now add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft
Step 4: After the onion becomes soft, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well
Step 5: Now add chicken, salt, water and close the cooker
Step 6: Cook till 3 to 4 cities come
Step 7: Allow the pressure to drain on its own
Step 8: After the pressure comes out, open the cooker, remove it in a serving bowl and serve
Step 9: Serve the One Pot Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe with Tadka Raita, Cumin Rice and Phulka for dinner
