Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Odisha Style Aloo Bharta Recipe, pressure cook the potatoes with water and salt for about 4 whistles until it is done
Step 2: Allow the pressure to release naturally and mash it using a potato masher
Step 3: Heat a kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter
Step 4: Add onions and saute until they turn translucent
Step 5: Now add dry red chillies and green chillies and stir for few seconds
Step 6: Add the mashed potato and sprinkle salt and mix well
Step 7: Once done switch off the heat and serve the Aloo Bharta hot
