Preparation
Prepare the batter:
-In a mixing bowl, combine oats flour, water, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Add the chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, coriander, and green chili) to the batter.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat.
Dip each slice of whole wheat bread into the besan batter, coating both sides evenly.
Add a few drops of oil to the pan. Place the coated bread slices onto the hot pan.
Toast the bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices.
Serve hot.
