Chopped Onion

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine oats flour, salt, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
Add water gradually and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls.
Flatten each ball into a disc and roll it out into a roti using a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the roti on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is cooked.
Remove the roti from the pan and keep it aside.
In the same pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper. Saute for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Add lemon juice to the vegetables and mix well.
Place the cooked vegetables in the center of the roti and roll it up tightly.
Serve hot.
