Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add the diced carrots and green peas. Cook for a few minutes until they soften slightly.
Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
Add the rolled oats and mix well to coat the oats with the spice mixture.
Pour in the water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the oats are cooked and the water is absorbed.
