Cooking Steps
In a bowl, add the oats flour and slowly add warm water, little by little, kneading the dough until it forms a smooth ball.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Take one dough ball and dust it with oats flour. Roll it into a thin round disc of around 6-7 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Once the pan is heated, place the rolled-out roti on the pan.
Cook it on medium heat for 30-40 seconds on one side, until it starts to puff up.
Flip it over and cook for another 30-40 seconds on the other side.
Remove the roti from the pan and place it in a covered container to keep it soft.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
