Chop Fruits and Nuts:

Cooking Steps
In a small bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, skimmed milk curd, soaked chia seeds, flaxseed powder, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, and cinnamon powder.
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight (for at least 6–8 hours).
During this time, the oats and chia seeds will absorb the liquid and soften, creating a creamy texture.
In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If it feels too thick, add a little water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Transfer the soaked oats mixture to a serving bowl.
Top the oats with freshly chopped seasonal fruits (papaya, kiwi, apple).
