Preparation
Dry roast the oats in a pan over low heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the roasted oats.
Toss in the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chilies.
Add the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
