Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats bran, oats atta, salt, carom seeds, and cumin seeds.
Add warm water slowly and knead the mixture to make a soft dough. Add water as needed until the dough is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled dough on the tawa and cook for 30 seconds.
Flip the roti and cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
Brush a little oil over the roti and cook for another 30 seconds on both sides or until lightly browned.
Serve hot with a side of low-fat yogurt or vegetable curry
