Ensure the banana is ripe for optimal sweetness.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease lightly with oil.
Cooking Steps
Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth and free of lumps.
Add rolled oats, flaxseed powder, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt to the mashed banana. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in olive oil.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cookies. Flatten them slightly to ensure even baking.
