Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add oats flour, ground flaxseeds and water. Mix well to form a dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Place a ball of dough between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and roll it into a thin disc.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until brown spots appear on one side.
Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes until brown spots appear on the other side.
Remove the roti from the pan and repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Serve it.
