Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pressure cooker, add the rolled oats and moong dal along with 2 cups of water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
Add onion and sauté until they turn translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add achari masala and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the masala releases its aroma.
Add the cooked oats and moong dal mixture to the pan. Mix well with the masala and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add cubed paneer and mix gently. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
