Cooking Steps
In a pressure cooker, bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Add the steel cut oats and reduce the heat to medium-low, stirring occasionally, give 3-4 whistles until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.
Once done, release pressure and add milk to the oats and stir well.
Remove the oatmeal from the heat and transfer it to a bowl.
