Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Oat Banana Pancakes recipe, add oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar in a mixer/blender and powder this is into a flour
Step 2: Now add banana, buttermilk and vanilla extract to the mixer jar and blend this along with the oat flour into a smooth batter
Step 3: Add a few tablespoons more buttermilk if the batter becomes too thick
Step 4: Now spoon 2 tablespoons of batter on to a hot griddle, cook it on low heat flipping both sides using butter/coconut oil
Step 5: Serve it with sliced strawberries and chocolate sauce
Step 6: These pancakes brown very quickly, keep the flame low and let it cook through and flip
