Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and dried oregano to create the marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
Grill each side for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. (Internal temperature should reach 75°C or 165°F.)
Remove from the grill, let it rest for 2-3 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley.
