Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the No Onion No Garlic Raw Tomato Sabzi recipe, chop the raw tomatoes lengthwise into slices
Step 2: Heat oil in a kadhai/wok
Step 3: Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle
Step 4: Add finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves and give it a mix
Step 5: Add turmeric powder, and stir
Step 6: Throw in the raw tomato slices
Step 7: Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and sendha namak
Step 8: You can as well add regular table salt to the recipe too
Step 9: Mix well
Step 10: Continue to cook
Step 11: Do not over cook the tomatoes
Step 12: Cook only till the raw tomatoes are cooked al dente, such that they retain their crunchiness
Step 13: Now add the jaggery powder and garam masala powder
Step 14: Mix everything well
Step 15: Remove from flame immediately
Step 16: Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
