Cooking Steps
Step 1: For the Tart Crust:To begin making No Bake Dragon Fruit Jam Tarts Recipe, prepare tart crust first
Step 2: In a mixer, take dates and crackers and grind till you get a smooth mixture
Step 3: Now take the mixture in a bowl and gradually add about 2 tablespoons melted butter and mix well until the mixture resembles a dough

Step 5: Divide crust between the moulds and press firmly using your hands to form a uniform crust
Step 6: Press it more in the centre with your thumb to make space for our filling
Step 7: Put in the freezer section of the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes
Step 8: For The Filling:Cut the dragon fruit into two halves and scoop out the flesh using a spoon
Step 9: Take scooped flesh in a mixer/grinder and blend to a pulp
Step 10: In a thick bottomed non-stick pan, combine dragon fruit pulp and sugar
Step 11: Cook on a medium flame and simmer until it has a thick jam like consistency
Step 12: Keep on stirring occasionally
Step 13: This will take about 20-25 minutes
Step 14: Once you notice that it has begun to thicken, add lemon juice to it
Step 15: Stir well and cook for about a minute
Step 16: Remove from flame and allow it to cool
Step 17: Assembling:Take out the prepared tarts from the refrigerator
Step 18: Put about a spoonful of dragon fruit jam on it
Step 19: Garnish with sliced strawberry
